Dear God,
We are reminded of the great love and compassion you have for us. We are grateful for the many blessings you have given us, and we pray that we may always be faithful and obedient to your word.
Just as Simon, James, and John leave their fishing nets and follow you, we pray that we, too, may have the courage and faith to follow you wherever you lead us. Give us the strength to let go of our fears and doubts, and to trust in your plan for our lives.
We also pray for those suffering, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual pain. We ask that you grant them comfort, healing, and peace and make yourself known to them. May we be a source of love and support to those around us, just as you have been to us.
Finally, we pray for wisdom and discernment as we navigate this world. Help us to be patient, kind, and compassionate towards others, even when it is difficult. May your love shine through us and be a light to those in darkness.
