Father, our prayer for your body, the church, this day is that you will raise up leaders, men and women who will work to build your kingdom, to lead others and to shine in the ministry of your church.  Equip these men and women with heart, mind, soul, and strength to serve the Almighty King of Kings as they lift high the cross of Calvary.  May they rise up as brothers and sisters of the Son of Man, given strength equal to the task before them.  And raise me up in your service, too, Father, leading me to find my calling and purpose in the service of your kingdom, all to the glory of Christ our Lord.  Amen!
