Our heavenly Father, your word is truly fire because your word is perfect truth!  And we believe it is so powerful that it can shatter solid rock like the hammer we read in your declaration to Jeremiah.  Remind us as we live our lives before others, Father, that you have placed the supernatural power of that hammer at our disposal to wield against the stoney temptations, griefs, moments of weakness, and attacks of the adversary.  May your truth then protect and preserve us through the days of our lives as we confess you as our way, our life, and yes, our truth—the perfect, divine, infinite truth that enables us to stand victorious in the battle for our souls.  For that life-affirming truth, we offer you thanks, honor, and praise unceasing!  Thank you for your faithfulness.!  Amen
