Dear God,
We come to you today in prayer, asking for your guidance and protection. We are reminded of the story of Esther, a young Jewish woman who was taken into the king’s palace and given a position of power. When she learned of a plot to destroy her people, she risked her own life to intercede on their behalf.
We pray that you would give us the courage and wisdom to stand up for what is right, even when it is difficult. We pray that you would help us to be bold in our faith, even when we are surrounded by those who do not believe.
We also pray for those who are facing persecution and oppression. We pray that you would give them strength and hope, and that you would bring justice to their situation.
We know that you are a God of love and mercy, and we trust that you will hear our prayers. We ask this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
