Father,
Help us to consider everyone’s life as precious. Help us to see everyone we encounter with the same importance as You do. Help us to give mercy and grace just as You have given us grace and mercy. Help us fulfill Your law by loving You above all and loving others as ourselves. Help us see people the way you see them. Give us wisdom to know how to help others. If there are situations where danger exists give us even more wisdom to hear your voice on what to do…stay or go. Help us pray for those who wrong us but help us live for Your honor and glory. Forgive us when we treat You or your people as common; help us to see where we are blind and to listen when we don’t hear. Let your presence go before us in all that we do and in every area that we need you—protection from danger, wisdom in challenges, and grace in the moment.
