Father,
Help us to keep walking with You when we are tired. Help us to continue to follow You when we are frustrated or when we feel overwhelmed. Lord, when we have followed You and consequences come from that, help us in our fear and anxiety. Father, we need You every step of our journey. We know that sometimes the road seems easy and sometimes following you feels lonely and difficult. When we see the world around us prospering no matter who they follow, help us return our eyes on You. When we encounter the challenges of life that hurt or confuse us, help us to hear Your voice. If we face any persecution, help us to take our strength only in You. Help us to know that we are never alone. You always have faithful men and women but more than that, You are present no matter how the circumstances appear. We need you so very much Lord. We need You for the great tasks that confront us, but we need you in the times when we can feel small and afraid. Help us to see Your path and to never leave it.
