Father, let our hearts and our minds raise today the theme, “We will remember the works of your hand!” Let us stop in moments of the day to give you praise for your steadfast faithfulness.  Help us find strength and joy also in remembering the day that you visited us with salvation, and may that remembrance raise within our hearts a holy shout of grateful praise.  We confess, our Father, that you are our creator, our sustainer, our deliverer and comfort, the God of ages past, present, and future who throughout our lives has been and will be our portion and our shelter in the midst of every storm. We praise you finally for being our dependable companion in our walk through every dark valley that we encounter along our way through this fallen world.  Yes, you are the faithful One, and you deserve the glory!  May our gratitude and praise be acceptable.  Amen!
