Lord,
You are the God of promises. Yet, they transcend our idea of promises. In our world, promises are tiny bits of hope they can be broken. Human greed, laziness, or forgetfulness may cause them to crumble. But your promises, Lord, are unbreakable. Your promises stand the test of the ages. Your promises are like a shining light; growing brighter with each coming day. Each day a testament to its truth. Each day another mark upon the marbled rock of faith. Lord, you are trustworthy.
Therefore, I cast out all my fears in Your name. I allow no blemish of doubt to fall upon the page of my faith in You, Lord. I shall not fear the coming hours. I shall not fear the unseen. I shall not fear in the midst of turmoil for Your word does not allow it. Your word makes no room for it. Your word is an inscrutable promise that You will never leave me nor forsake me. Your word is perfect. Your promise is truth.
