Dear God,
Let us not be consumed with the vision of the land flowing of milk and honey while rejecting that you have provided your Spirit for the wilderness before the Jordan. God, I thank you that I can seek you here and now. You’re not far, but you draw even closer to me. Let me reciprocate that today. Let me take one step closer in worship into your presence. That everything I do and the way that I do it would bring you glory and honor. I want to bring my offerings to your altar. I offer my time, my money, my thoughts, my body, everything that I have at my disposal has the purpose to worship you. There is nothing outside of your jurisdiction. There is no other God, there is only you in my life. I break down the idols until there is only you sitting on the throne of my life. I will not back down and I will maintain my zeal for you.
