Father,
Help us rest in You. Please help us to trust in Your grace and mercy. Just as you said to cast our burdens upon You, help us to come to a place of trust and comfort no matter the challenges we face. Please help us to be at rest in our bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits. Help us to take our Sabbath in You. Renew us and restore us when we are weary and worn down. Father, we need You and we confess that nothing else satisfies us or gives us the peace we need. Thank you for sending Your Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, please lead us in Your ways. When the world around us is full of storms, please help us to be calmed by You. We love and we need only You.
